With the economic downturn, we have had very few loan programs to offer the highend borrower.  We recently started a Jumbo Loan program that will allow a qualified borrower to borrow upto 2 million.  The borrower may receive  up to 80% of the loan to value.  WNC has a lot of luxury homes for sale, and this might me the right loan for a highend buyer or a refinance.
